NEU: Bildungszeit: Business English B1/B2

This course is designed to improve and enhance your knowledge of the English language especially in the business sector. Through special business-related topics such as meetings, e-mail writing, presentations, etc. you will strengthen your communication skills. You get a portfolio with all the important knowledge at the end of the course.

Overview:

Day 1: We get to know each other. Talk about the need and use of small talk as an ice breaker and discuss study strategies.

Day 2: We will write e-mails, discuss the important parts and repeat the needed grammar.

Day 3: We will have a closer look to meetings: what is necessary to prepare, what should you do as a leader of a meeting, how can you react as a participant. We will have role plays to intensify the topic.

Day 4: We will talk about presentations. Every participant will prepare a small presentation and give it in class.

Day 5: In the morning, we will repeat all aspects. In the afternoon we will be in the kitchen and bake British scones, while enjoying the warm scones and a nice cup of tea is enough time for all open questions.
